Marketing Lead
Reform is seeking a Marketing Lead to define and execute their marketing strategy. This role involves ownership over the company's positioning and customer engagement, requiring collaboration with various teams to create compelling narratives and scalable growth channels.

Responsibilities
Own Reform’s end-to-end marketing strategy, from messaging to execution across channels
Develop a deep understanding of our customers and translate their pain points into clear, differentiated storytelling
Define core narratives, ICPs, and use cases across sales materials, demos, and outbound
Partner closely with sales to drive pipeline via demand generation and high-quality content
Create and manage content across formats: website copy, case studies, blog posts, LinkedIn posts, presentations, and event materials
Experiment with and scale new acquisition channels
Represent Reform at conferences and industry events as we grow
Qualification
Required
Experience in B2B marketing, growth, or GTM roles, ideally in SaaS, infrastructure, or complex technical products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply and persuasively
Comfort working closely with customers, sales teams, and founders in an ambiguous fast-moving startup environment
High technical curiosity and aptitude; you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable learning technical products and workflows
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
Preferred
Experience or a ken interest in logistics is a plus, but not required
