Responsibilities
Review and evaluate equity and/or credit research for analytical robustness and institutional-quality standards
Assess financial models, valuations, and investment theses for rigor, consistency, and best-practice alignment
Provide clear, structured, and evidence-based written feedback on research outputs and evaluation frameworks
Collaborate with panel members to develop standardized rubrics and assessment criteria for public markets research
Participate in periodic panel sessions to objectively score and differentiate analyst-level investment work
Contribute sector and market insights across equities, credit, and multi-asset portfolios
Identify analyst proficiency levels and provide input on talent quality and development opportunities
Qualification
Required
Strong institutional experience in hedge funds, asset management, family offices, or multi-asset/credit research roles
Deep expertise in fundamental equity and/or credit research with advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
Solid background in portfolio construction and position-level risk assessment
Proven ability to review, critique, or mentor analyst-level investment work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a rigorous, evidence-based approach
High standards of professional integrity, confidentiality, and compliance
