Sales Associate Proposal Team

The Sales Associate on the Proposal Team will support the proposal development process by contributing to proposal writing, coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and ensuring high-quality proposals.

Ensuring high-quality and accurate proposals
Managing deadlines
Maintaining a repository of proposal templates
Following up with stakeholders to secure client opportunities
Collaborating with teams to create compelling and tailored proposals that drive business growth
Qualification
Required
Strong Writing, Editing, and Proofreading skills to craft and refine compelling proposals
Experience in Research and Market Analysis to understand customer needs and customize content
Project Coordination and Collaboration skills to manage deadlines and work closely with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in AI prompts and tools
Strong Communication and Organizational skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in the healthcare or healthcare IT industry
