Responsibilities
Become an expert in various business and legal-specific software applications, including Microsoft Office, Windows, iManage, NetDocuments, Adobe, Nuance, etc
Deliver engaging training sessions multiple times per day using virtual communications software, like GoToMeeting, WebEx, Microsoft Teams and Adobe Connect
Work with internal and external partners to develop training outlines and schedules
Communicate learner feedback and attendance reports to the client when necessary
Maintain an up-beat, professional attitude, despite a potentially repetitive and predictable work environment
Assist with various administrative tasks
Willingness to travel to deliver onsite training if needed
Qualification
Required
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Education, English, or another related field
1-2 years' experience in corporate training or adult education
Strong written and oral communications skills
Experience in public speaking
Candidates must reside in the United States
Preferred
Certifications in Microsoft Office and other business-related applications preferred
Experience training on topics outside of technical training ideal, but not required
Experience with generative AI is highly desired
