Define and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance AI system architectures
Lead model training and fine-tuning strategies including Supervised Fine-Tuning, LoRA, and prompt tuning
Architect intelligent agent systems with task decomposition and context management
Design knowledge management architectures using vector databases and knowledge graphs
Mentor senior engineers and lead complex cross-team AI initiatives
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
12+ years designing and deploying AI/ML systems
Deep knowledge of Machine Learning & Deep Learning fundamentals
Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch or equivalent ML frameworks
Strong understanding of prompt engineering & optimization
