Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor the client service and administrative team
Act as the central liaison between financial advisors and the client service team to ensure smooth, coordinated workflows
Oversee daily operational processes, including onboarding, account servicing, money movement, billing, and documentation
Train, onboard, and develop new client service and administrative hires
Create and refine workflows, procedures, and best practices to improve service consistency and efficiency
Monitor team performance and coach staff toward continuous improvement
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all client service interactions
Assist leadership in capacity planning and operational enhancements
Work closely with custodians, with a preference for experience with LPL and/or Charles Schwab
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience financial services (preferred) or other professional services
Leadership / management experience with direct reports
Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and strong organizational and process-building skills
Ability to motivate, train, and hold team members accountable
Tech-savvy; experience with Salesforce, Box, and advisory tech systems is a plus
Proactive problem-solver with a mindset for improving processes and client experience
Preferred
Strong understanding of professional services operations
Experience with LPL and/or Charles Schwab
