Assists in maintaining inventory and orders supplies

Makes appointments, schedules rooms
Qualification
Required
Typically a high school diploma or equivalent
No previous experience
Some knowledge of standard office procedures, word processing, spreadsheet, email and databases. (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
