Responsibilities
Meet with clients to discuss and assess their remodeling needs
Prepare design drawings based on client discussions
Guide clients through the selection of materials and finishes
Estimate and write contract/specifications to sell designs to clients
Conduct consultations
Develop design concepts
Fine-tune design ideas in collaboration with clients
Ensure client satisfaction throughout the design and execution process
Qualification
Required
Strong design skills and creativity with a keen eye for detail and sales experience
Exceptional client communication and relationship-building abilities
Background in Architecture and/or residential construction
Knowledge of wood-frame construction
A self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in design software and tools
