Responsibilities
Meet with growers to understand their operation, challenges, and goals
Recommend precision ag solutions that fit the customer—not just the catalog
Sell, install, and support displays, satellite navigation (guidance), data management, and related technologies
Build long-term customer relationships and manage precision accounts
Work closely with sales, service, and precision support teams
Do or assist with field demos, customer clinics, and training events
Track opportunities and follow-ups using our CRM
Qualification
Required
Experience with precision agriculture technology (sales, support, or on-farm use)
Strong understanding of farming operations
Comfortable explaining technology in plain language
Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
Team player with strong communication skills
Preferred
Dealership experience or familiarity with major precision platforms is a plus—but not required
