Lead, mentor, and scale a team of engineers working on agentic AI workflows
Define technical strategy, prioritize roadmap items, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
Design and implement multi-step agent workflows, including task decomposition and tool/function calling
Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and context management
Build and maintain evaluation datasets for behavior, robustness, and performance
Qualification
Required
7+ years in production software engineering, including AI/ML systems
3+ years in engineering leadership or team management
Strong experience in LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI systems design
Deep expertise in prompt engineering, RAG systems, embeddings, and vector databases
Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership skills
