Responsibilities
Meet with prospective clients and families to assess care needs and develop customized Plans of Care
Conduct service inquiries, care consultations, and quality assurance visits
Coordinate with staff and Care Professionals to ensure seamless, high-quality service
Assist clients in navigating long-term care insurance benefits
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare partners
Participate in an on-call rotation, including occasional weekends, to ensure continuity of care
Qualification
Required
At least one year of experience working with older or dependent adults
Previous sales or strong customer background
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
CNA, LVN, or clinical experience strongly preferred
Salesforce experience a plus
