Responsibilities
Review and rigorously evaluate equity and/or credit research for analytical integrity and institutional-quality standards
Assess financial models, valuation analyses, and investment theses for rigor, consistency, and credibility
Provide clear, structured, and evidence-based written feedback on research outputs and evaluation frameworks
Collaborate with panel members to develop standardized rubrics and assessment criteria for public markets research
Participate in periodic review sessions to objectively score and differentiate analyst-level work products
Contribute market, sector, and multi-asset expertise to benchmark and elevate research quality
Identify analyst proficiency levels and provide insights on talent development needs
Qualification
Required
Strong institutional experience in hedge funds, asset management, family offices, or multi-asset/credit research roles
Deep expertise in fundamental equity and/or credit research with advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
Extensive experience in portfolio construction and position-level risk assessment
Proven ability to review, critique, or mentor analyst-level investment work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an evidence-based, detail-oriented approach
High standards of professional integrity, confidentiality, and compliance
