Responsibilities

Work closely with build and test technicians to identify process improvement opportunities
Execute time studies on the build and test lines
Lead small manufacturing process improvement projects
Develop and update operation method sequences (OMSs)
Support manufacturing engineering with part defect root cause analysis and processing

Required

Student must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
Student must be in good academic standing, with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting and hands-on problem solving
Must be a quick learner and willingness to learn new skills

Preferred

Engineering experience in development or manufacturing environment
