Responsibilities

10+ years of enterprise integration experience
Strong hands-on expertise with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM Integration Bus (IIB), and WebSphere Message Broker (WMB)
Deep experience with IBM MQ, message-based integration, and event-driven architectures
Experience designing high-availability and disaster recovery architectures for ESB platforms
Experience with on-prem and cloud-based deployments (hybrid experience preferred)
Strong understanding of performance tuning, resiliency, and fault tolerance in large-scale integration platforms
Experience integrating ESB platforms into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, artifacts)
Familiarity with automated testing strategies for integration platforms
Experience supporting phased migrations and production cutovers
Strong architectural leadership and decision-making capability
Ability to mentor development teams and elevate technical maturity
Clear communication with both technical and executive stakeholders
Proven ability to operate in complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments
