Responsibilities

Traffic and track creative assets across paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and CTV partners)
Execute ad operations tasks including campaign setup, QA, and troubleshooting within platform interfaces
Maintain and improve tracking systems for influencer outreach, content production, and campaign performance
Generate routine reports, charts, and executive updates using tools like Amplitude and Tableau
Coordinate with internal stakeholders—Design, Product, and Data—to keep projects on track and ensure clear communication
Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to automate repetitive work and scale your impact

Required

Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail
Comfort working in ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads) or eagerness to learn quickly
Proficiency in spreadsheets; familiarity with BI tools (Amplitude, Tableau) is a plus
Clear, concise written communication
Genuine curiosity about AI and automation—already experimenting with language models or eager to start
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines without dropping balls

Preferred

Marketing coordinator, marketing operations, or ad operations experience
Interest in games, entertainment, or consumer technology
Exposure to CTV or consumer subscription app advertising
Experience with influencer marketing workflows
Familiarity with mobile attribution or MMP tools
