Responsibilities
Design high-performing ad creative for paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, display, etc.)
Develop modular creative systems for rapid testing and iteration
Translate growth hypotheses into visual executions that can be tested quickly
Optimize creative based on performance data (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Design email and CRM assets across flows and campaigns
Partner with the CRM team to improve engagement, click-through, and conversion
Create scalable email templates and visual systems that balance speed with polish
Work closely with the CEO to align creative output with business priorities
Partner with Growth Marketing to support launches, promotions, and ongoing tests
Collaborate with brand, content, and strategy partners to ensure consistency without slowing growth
Build reusable creative frameworks (ad layouts, email modules, templates)
Manage multiple projects in parallel without sacrificing quality
Continuously refine creative based on learnings from tests and results
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years of experience in growth, performance, or marketing design
Strong portfolio demonstrating paid ad and/or email design with business impact
Deep understanding of designing for conversion, clarity, and speed
Comfortable working with performance data and feedback loops
Proficient in Figma and modern design workflows
Experience collaborating closely with marketers and leadership teams
Preferred
Experience in DTC, subscription, or ecommerce environments
Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and creative experimentation
Understanding of motion or lightweight animation for ads
Experience designing within established brand systems
