The team is seeking to hire a VP Product Specialist for its infrastructure platform who will drive fundraising strategy, support product development, and serve as a key interface with institutional investors.

Responsibilities
Partner with Senior leaders to design and execute fundraising strategies across existing and new infrastructure investment vehicles
Act as a Product Specialist for the infrastructure platform, developing a deep understanding of investment strategies, portfolio construction, performance drivers, and risk metrics
Play a central role in driving fundraising momentum for the U.S. infrastructure platform
Support the design, launch, and positioning of new infrastructure products, including market sizing, competitive analysis, and investor demand assessment
Analyze fund-level and asset-level performance and translate complex investment data into clear, compelling investor messaging
Prepare and deliver high-quality investor materials, presentations, and strategic analyses for fundraising and ongoing investor engagement
Serve as a primary point of contact for current and prospective institutional investors, providing fund updates, responding to diligence requests, and supporting roadshows and capital raising initiatives
Collect, synthesize, and analyze market, investor, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and fundraising priorities
Collaborate closely with investment, portfolio management, and global capital formation teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in infrastructure investing, capital raising, investor relations, or product specialist roles within asset management
Deep experience across infrastructure asset classes
Proven track record supporting or leading institutional fundraising efforts
Strong understanding of infrastructure fund structures, performance metrics, and institutional investor expectations
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and sophisticated LPs
