Coordinate and facilitate with Vendors and Stakeholders for Technical Build Review Process of the Healthcare Technology solution

Coordinate and facilitate with Vendors Stakeholders for End-Point Device(s) and System(s) Build, and their Operational Readiness
Coordinate and facilitate with Vendors Stakeholders for Interoperability of Data and System Interfaces build between On-Premise System(s), Imaging modalities and Cloud System(s)
Coordinate and facilitate with Vendors Stakeholders for secured data transmission setup and requirements between On-Premise System(s) and Cloud System(s)

Management experience, including people, program, project and budget creation
Has established solution development life cycle processes with cross team and domain solution reviews
Sound understanding of IT general application and computer control objectives based on industry standards
Has established IT operational processes and procedures
Has established book of demand intake, prioritization and change management processes
Must have strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Has strong leadership skills
Is customer service focused, with good communications skills, a self-starter, self-supervised and has good influencing skills
Establishes and matures business relationships with our business partners across EITS and Healthcare Facilities
Lead, motivate, and provide training and coaching to team members in order to support Corporate and EITS PMO requirements

The position requirement is to deliver demand management (intake for business requests), portfolio management and oversight and reporting solutions for defined programs within the EITS PMO and Governance group
It requires a broad background with financial management, program and project management, service level agreements, objectives, incident reporting, demand management, process and procedure development, change management and risk analysis
The role requires subject matter leadership, excellent communications skills, and ability to navigate a complex and diverse landscape, and interact effectively as a team lead and liaison with our business partners
This position will be responsible for managing and leading multiple direct reports

Preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Preferred

Certified Scrum Master
Demonstrated experience managing IT budget, project portfolio, and operational improvement plans
Demonstrated experience utilizing ISACA COBIT business framework and established governance, control, risk and audit processes for an IT organization
Experience leading a team responsible for supporting an IT Shared Services organization
Experience with the Agile Method is desirable
ISACA CISA Certification is desirable
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Project, Visio and SharePoint tools
Experience in the health care industry
Six Sigma Greenbelt preferred
A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare, Hospital, Public, or Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior or a related field and three years of full-time experience planning, developing and monitoring programs, systems and/or procedures in support of administrative management initiatives, one year of which must have been in a responsible managerial or supervisory capacity
A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare, Hospital, Public, or Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline and four years of full-time experience as outlined in '1' above, two years of which must have been in a responsible managerial or supervisory capacity
A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience
