Responsibilities

Execute all aspects of the hiring process, including application review, phone screens, interviews, preparing offer letters, and facilitating the pre-hire process for applicants who have accepted new roles
Manage high-volume recruiting periods, balancing multiple open positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience
Regularly analyze our hiring process and implement changes to improve efficiency
Stay up to date with legal requirements to ensure a compliant hiring process
Review background checks in accordance with internal policies
Actively seek opportunities for the firm to participate in career fairs and school visits, and attend some events yourself across our footprint
Conducting targeted recruiting campaigns for strategic hires when needed
Supporting our annual job description review for each department
Helping improve onboarding and training experiences
Collaborating with marketing to develop effective recruiting campaigns and promote our employer brand

Qualification

Required

Have 3 to 5 years of recruiting and hiring experience
Be comfortable working with Human Resources Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Hold or be willing to obtain a HR-specific credential (SHRM-TA, SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR) within their first year
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment while maintaining organization and attention to detail
Be eager to learn our industry to identify candidates who are the right fit
Recommend and collaborate with HR leadership to implement data-driven enhancements to hiring and outreach by leveraging current market trends and technological advancements like AI
