InternBoston Legacy FC is Boston’s new professional women’s soccer team, set to begin play in the National Women’s Soccer League in 2026. The Operations & Activation Intern will support the execution of matchday operations and fan engagement activities, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure smooth logistics and a top-notch fan experience.

Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing matchday partnership operations, including pre-game setup, in-game logistics, and post-game breakdown
Provide on-site support for fan activations, promotional events, and community engagements
Coordinate with partners, vendors, and venue staff to ensure smooth event execution and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Help manage the logistics of promotional schedules and activation calendars, ensuring all elements are in place for each event
Assist in gathering and setting up equipment, signage, and materials needed for various club activations
Support the coordination of grassroots community events, from planning through to execution
Assist in documenting event processes and preparing post-event recaps to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement
Qualification
Required
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Business, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and a passion for sports
Familiarity with event planning and operations, including coordinating logistics and working with vendors
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and problem-solving on the fly
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and with external partners
