Provide oversight of financial operations, accounting, budgeting, and financial planning
Lead day-to-day accounting and reporting
Manage revenue and payables
Support grant and audit reporting
Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to ensure long-term financial sustainability
Align financial strategy with the organization’s mission and clinical objectives

Qualification

Required

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Strong nonprofit and/or healthcare finance experience

Proficiency with QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
A collaborative, detail-oriented, and strategic mindset

Preferred

CPA or graduate degree
