Responsibilities

Administer global equity programs (RSUs, PSUs, ESPP, exercises, grants, cancellations)
Drive automation across Schwab Equiview, Workday, and ADP
Build employee equity education and financial wellness resources
Oversee SOX compliance and strengthen internal controls
Partner with Legal, Finance, and People teams on program design and policy updates
Coordinate with Payroll on tax withholding and mobility considerations
Support M&A equity integration and international equity compliance
Assist with 10b5-1 plans, Section 16 filings, and proxy/D&O disclosures

Qualification

Stock plan administrationInternational equity plansM&A integrationAdvanced Excel skillsCEP certificationAnalytical skillsOperational skillsSimplifying complex conceptsRelationship-building skills

Required

7+ years stock plan administration experience at global public companies
Hands-on experience with international equity plans & M&A integration
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Equiview, Workday, ADP a plus
Ability to simplify complex equity concepts for diverse audiences
Strong analytical, operational, and relationship-building skills
Proactive, ownership mindset with comfort in fast-paced environments

Preferred

CEP certification preferred
equity accounting and tax knowledge valued
