Responsibilities
Develop and manage business intelligence solutions to improve organizational processes and performance
Provide reports through office applications to support business process improvements
Collaborate with team members to collect data and execute the company’s mission effectively
Create and maintain documentation including design specifications, requirements, and RWIs/ROS/AWIs
Administer and maintain SharePoint environments for collaboration and document management
Provide Tier 2 support for systems including Syteline and Intuiflow, documenting for IT and end users
Maintain and ensure the legal use of software through appropriate licensing and copyright compliance
Maintain a regular and reliable schedule as set by the supervisor according to handbook guidelines
Complete all necessary paperwork
Perform other duties as assigned for the good of the department and company
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Minimum 5 years in a role relating to business intelligence reporting, analysis, and implementation
Use of Power BI or similar software development management tools in a similar role
Project Management experience
Microsoft Office skills
Business Intelligence Solutions skills
SQL Server skills
Azure Cloud Services skills
SharePoint skills
Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and vendors
Strong written skills required to document process, scope, and clarity
Highly productive, organized, and driven to grow
Successfully identify the need for and work to implement change throughout the organization utilizing process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, Scrum, Constraints Management, or others
Preferred
Implementation experience with Power BI or similar software development management tools
Professional certificates are requested but not required
