4+ years expCoda Search is partnering with a leading entertainment and music company based in Manhattan. They are seeking a Senior Accountant who will oversee the month-end close process and prepare financial statements, while playing a key role in supporting the company's growth.

Responsibilities
Oversee the month-end close process, managing the balance sheet and P&L reconciliations
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, translating data into meaningful insights for leadership
Manage general ledger reconciliations and prepare journal entries
Manage fixed assets, amortization, and depreciation schedules
Support AP, AR and cash management activities
Support the annual audit by preparing schedules and liaising with external auditors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years of accounting experience (media, entertainment, or high-growth startups a plus)
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
Experience with NetSuite is ideal
Highly analytical with a strong eye for detail and a “get-it-done” attitude
Clear communicator and team player who thrives in collaborative, creative environments
