Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for sales leaders
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including client-facing engagements, roadshows, and sales strategy sessions
Prioritize and respond to emails, calls, and inquiries on behalf of sales leadership; maintain organized records and files
Provide light tech support and troubleshoot basic IT issues as needed
Assist with planning and logistics for sales events, client meetings, and team offsites
Support compliance-related documentation and reporting for sales activities
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply management and administrative support for the broader sales team
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably in asset management, financial services, or a sales-driven organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Proactive, adaptable, and client-service oriented
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
