They are seeking individuals for a Leadership Development Program in Sales, where participants will spend 24-30 months in an outside sales role while receiving product and sales training to manage accounts and develop leadership skills.

Spend initial 24-30 months in an outside sales role within a designated territory
Receive product and sales training to manage a specific number of accounts
Demonstrate exceptional sales leadership skills and achieve results to advance to the next assignment
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a BA, BS, MS, PhD degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business, Accounting, Sales, Communication or related field
Senior college graduate of December 2025/June 2026
Demonstrate leadership capabilities, enthusiasm for sales and sales management, and an interest in the alcoholic beverage industry
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Demonstrate exceptional strategic, creative, and analytical problem-solving abilities
Proficient in identifying issues, gathering data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions
Experience in planning and organizing tasks through effective project management
Skill in presenting information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and other employees
Strong presentation skills with a proven ability to present information effectively to management groups is required
Must be 21 years of age at the time of employment
A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle is required
The ability to hold a Solicitor's Permit is required where applicable
