Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of TOC Analysts and Senior Analysts
Manage performance, staffing, shift coverage, and workload prioritization
Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and psychologically safe team culture
Oversee real-time monitoring of infrastructure, applications, and networks
Ensure adherence to SOPs, escalation paths, and ITIL-aligned processes
Coordinate incident and major incident response across cross-functional teams
Validate impact, escalate to SMEs, and support timely issue resolution
Identify trends, risks, and automation opportunities to improve TOC operations
Maintain SLA, performance, and operational reporting for leadership
Support post-incident reviews and onboarding of new services into the TOC
Manage third-party vendors and participate in service review meetings
Build strong relationships with stakeholders during routine and high-impact events
Ensure compliance with technology policies, documentation standards, and audit readiness

Required

5+ years of people management experience in a NOC/TOC, Command Centre, or Operations environment
Strong understanding of ITIL and structured incident, change, and service management
Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Halo, or similar)
Experience leading in high-pressure, 24/7 operational environments
Solid technical foundation in networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise technologies
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., BigPanda, Zabbix)
ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification required

Technology-related degree preferred
