Responsibilities

Lead Oracle PPM / Projects functional activities end to end
Configure and support Oracle Projects modules including Project Costing, Billing, and Grants
Gather and translate business requirements into functional design documents
Handle setup for Grants Accounting, funding sources, awards, and compliance needs
Support integrations with GL, AP, AR, and other Oracle Financials modules
Assist with testing, cutover, and post-go-live support
Provide guidance to users and resolve functional issues as they arise

Required

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Financials PPM / Projects
Proven Grants Accounting experience is required
Experience leading or owning the PPM functional workstream
Solid understanding of Project Costing, Billing, and revenue recognition
Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
Strong communication skills and experience working with finance teams

Preferred

Oracle Cloud Financials implementation experience
Public sector or higher education Grants experience
Prior client-facing consulting background
