Responsibilities
Serves the public and promote good customer relations reflecting the Bank's community image
Performs all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines
Plans, organizes and manages the activities of assigned branch in conformance with established Bank strategies, policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
associate's degree or its equivalent in retail management course work and related training
At least five years in branch supervision or equivalent, relevant experience
Excellent management skills
