Heavy Duty Truck Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of the sales process, including managing sales teams
Create strategies to achieve sales goals
Develop relationships with clients

Work to increase revenue while ensuring client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Proven sales knowledge, including in heavy-duty truck sales and management
Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and guide sales personnel effectively
Ability to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and achieve business objectives
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Organizational and time management proficiency
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales-related technology
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience in the transportation or automotive industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
