Brand Marketing Manager

Qualification
Required
5+ years of either in-house or external marketing agency experience with lifestyle, luxury, or home decor brands
Strong understanding of the retail space. Direct-to-consumer experience is a plus
Expertise in leading growth strategies across multiple channels—including web, social, email, video, paid, direct mail, and more
The ability to juggle relationships with multiple external agency partners
You live and breathe marketing acronyms—ROAS, CAC, LTV, PPC, ROI, KPIs, etc
You're able to forecast, capture, and translate metrics into actionable insights
A mastery of Workfront, spreadsheets, and other related marketing management tools
An innate passion for organization and streamlined process
A degree in marketing, business, advertising, or other relevant fields
