Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end technology and data consulting engagements for retail clients, from strategy and design through implementation and value realization
Advise client executives on leveraging technology and data to drive measurable business outcomes, including growth, operational efficiency, and innovation
Ensure high-quality delivery across engagements, consistently meeting client objectives, timelines, and commercial expectations
Grow and expand a retail client portfolio by identifying new consulting opportunities and partnering with account teams to shape and deliver differentiated offerings
Partner with senior leaders to develop proposals, lead client pitches, and support business development initiatives
Mentor and develop consulting teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance
Qualification
Required

Ensure high-quality delivery across engagements, consistently meeting client objectives, timelines, and commercial expectations
Grow and expand a retail client portfolio by identifying new consulting opportunities and partnering with account teams to shape and deliver differentiated offerings
Partner with senior leaders to develop proposals, lead client pitches, and support business development initiatives
Mentor and develop consulting teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland
Preferred
7–10 years of management consulting experience, with a strong track record delivering technology- and data-enabled business transformation for retail clients
Deep expertise across retail technology platforms, including ERP, POS, CRM, e-commerce, supply chain, and merchandise & assortment planning, as well as data and analytics capabilities
Proven ability to translate technology and data insights into clear, actionable business strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency
Demonstrated success growing and expanding client accounts while delivering measurable, sustained business impact
Experience leading consulting teams, managing senior client relationships, and driving portfolio growth
MBA preferred, with strong executive communication and influencing skills
