Information Technology
Responsibilities
Perform routine data entry and validation tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan information
Initiate third‑party service orders, including title, appraisal, hazard insurance, flood certification, credit reports, and related documentation
Review and validate loan documents to confirm compliance with company and regulatory standards
Handle routine inbound and outbound communication via phone calls, emails, and chat to support customers and internal partners
Monitor work queues and take appropriate action to maintain timely processing and workflow continuity
Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental needs
Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s culture, values, and commitment to exceptional customer service
