Responsibilities
Consult with franchisees on business and unit economics
Train franchisees and employees on operating procedures
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Consult with franchisees on marketing strategies, advertising, and market penetration
Provide clear communication within system
Lead, consult with and influence store operators and/or franchisees to develop, update and execute operational plans, and new strategies
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to work with and influence direct reports, franchisees, peers and senior management
Proven prioritization, presentation, time management, project management, and planning skills
Strong attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Overnight and daily travel is required
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
