Responsibilities
Provide onsite L2/L3 support for PFS1 and FDAQ applications
Support shop-floor manufacturing operations , including off-hours and on-call support
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis , and resolve system failures
Support enhancements, bug fixes, and minor development work
Collaborate closely with production operators, engineers, quality teams, and IT
Maintain documentation for incidents, workflows, and RCA reports
Follow change management & deployment processes (ServiceNow/JIRA)
Qualification
Required
Provide onsite L2/L3 support for PFS1 and FDAQ applications

ANSI C, SQL, Fortran
DCL Scripting (OpenVMS / VMS environment)
File Editors: EDT or TPU
Forms Management System (FMS)
Oracle RDB / SQL

Strong legacy system troubleshooting is critical

8 years of application support experience
Strong manufacturing or plant-floor background
Excellent analytical, listening, and communication skills
Calm under pressure during production issues
Experience writing RCA documents and support SOPs
Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced production environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing
Understanding of traceability, compliance, and quality systems
Ability to obtain a security clearance (if required)
