Responsibilities
To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; Lending products; and credit/debit cards
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/ GED required
1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (must be customer facing roles)
Knowledge of savings and checking products and services
Strong communication and active listening skills
Effective organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency with computer applications and numerical accuracy
Completion of specialized training (IRA, MLO, Notary, etc.) may be required
