Project Management Bachelor's Intern
Kaiser Permanente is an industry leader in healthcare, seeking a Project Management Bachelor's Intern to support their TapMem squad. The intern will assist with Jira workflow management and documentation review to enhance operational efficiency within the team.

Responsibilities
Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective
The intern will support Jira workflow management by participating in multiple daily stand-ups to report progress, identify blockers, and ensure any challenges to completing work are escalated appropriately. Responsibilities will also include cleanup and maintenance of existing Jira records
The intern will evaluate, revise, and enhance our documentation library and playbook, including desk-level procedures for offshore team members
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
Pursuing a bachelors degree or have graduated with a Bachelors degree from an accredited university within the last year
Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions
Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred
3.0 GPA or above
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time
