Responsibilities
Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to inform product direction
Translate business objectives into actionable product initiatives
Establish a product organization with strong, repeatable processes to drive growth through technology
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers
Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement
Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
Ensure timely delivery of high-impact features and products
Partner with engineering and design to ensure technical feasibility and user-centric design
Gather and prioritize requirements; elevate business and operational thinking by identifying process improvements and elegant solutions to meet our goals
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure product-market fit and successful go-to-market strategies
Vet and manage vendors to supplement team capabilities and maximize impact
Serve as a key voice in executive discussions, representing the product perspective
Define and track KPIs to measure product success and inform decision-making
Use data and customer insights to drive prioritization and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven success in building and scaling product teams and launching impactful technology products
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile environments and with modern product tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Productboard, Trello)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
Preferred
Exposure to AI, workflow automation, and related technologies, especially in operational contexts
Background in e.g., SaaS, enterprise software, consumer tech, healthcare, life sciences
Able to operate in compliant and highly-regulated environments, strategically bringing in high-growth tactics to enable scaling
Familiarity with data analytics platforms and customer research methodologies
