Responsibilities

Drive and execute strategy for brand agreements and partnerships across YouTube and Google

Design and establish operational processes to facilitate sponsorship agreements for YouTube creators. Synthesize and prioritize creator feedback; make recommendations on the operating model

Work seamlessly with the YouTube Partnerships team and Google Business Organization to drive business outcomes and facilitate partnership opportunities, while also leading cross-functional projects working with a broad stakeholder set

Analyze data trends to generate insights to influence brand agreements roadmap and drive market growth

Develop global and market insights, keeping a pulse on the creator marketing industry and engaged platforms to synthesize key trends, gaps, and opportunities for YouTube

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role

2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting

2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment

Experience in consumer internet and media industries

Experience using SQL or data analytics tools deliver insights and recommendations
