Entry-Level Insurance Specialist – Remote
The Hunt Agency Inc is a fast-growing, family-led insurance brokerage dedicated to helping families protect what matters most through various insurance solutions. They are seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Specialist to engage with inbound clients, conduct consultations, and guide them in choosing appropriate protection and financial strategies.
Responsibilities
Speak with inbound clients who have asked for help
Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom or phone
Help families choose the right protection and financial solutions
Present and explain life insurance, mortgage protection, and retirement strategies
Follow a proven sales system with step-by-step training
Build long-term client relationships
Attend weekly virtual trainings and team calls
Grow into leadership opportunities if desired
Qualification
Required
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable phone, computer, and internet connection
Life and Health Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one within 7–10 days (we help guide you)
Flexibility to meet client availability, including some evenings or weekends
Preferred
Sales, customer service, or coaching experience is a plus but not required
Self-motivated individuals who want control over their income
People who enjoy helping others and building relationships
Confident communicators comfortable on Zoom and the phone
Coachable, goal-driven, and open to learning
