Handle a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters , including wage & hour class actions, PAGA claims, and FEHA disputes
Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
3+ years of experience in employment law, with focus on Wage & Hour, PAGA, and FEHA
Trial experience is a plus but not required
