They are seeking a Pool Service Technician to perform weekly service visits, inspect and repair equipment, and maintain clear communication with customers.

Responsibilities
Perform weekly pool service visits on assigned route (water testing, chemical balancing, skimming, brushing, vacuuming)
Inspect equipment, identify issues, perform basic repairs and troubleshooting (pump, filter, heaters, automation)
Log services and communicate clearly with customers and office (service notes, photos, follow-ups)
Maintain tools, company vehicle, and inventory of chemicals/parts
Escalate complex repair needs and prepare repair estimates for management working alongside equipment manufacturer warranty reps
Occasionally respond to after-hours emergencies if on-call
Qualification
Required
1+ year pool service experience preferred (entry-level considered but not preferred)
Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and routine maintenance of luxury pools
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to pass background check
Professional, clean cut, customer-service oriented, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work (stooping, climbing ladders)
Preferred
CPO or state pool operator certification highly preferred or willing to obtain immediately
Experience with pool equipment repairs/troubleshooting and automation systems
Prior route experience and excellent time-management skills
