Responsibilities
Lead the Americas GSI strategy, including planning, execution, forecasting, and revenue performance
Strengthen and expand executive-level relationships across key GSI partners
Drive joint solutions, sales alignment, and integration of Veeam technologies into GSI offerings
Lead and develop a regional partner team focused on growth, enablement, and field execution
Build and maintain a strong, predictable GSI-influenced pipeline
Collaborate with Americas sales, product, marketing, and global alliances to drive aligned execution
Ensure operational rigor, accurate forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
Represent Veeam at GSI-focused events, briefings, and strategic business reviews
Champion Veeam’s leadership competencies with a culture of collaboration and accountability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in alliances, channel sales, or partner‑led go‑to‑market roles
Extensive experience working with Global System Integrators across the Americas
Proven record of delivering revenue, forecast accuracy, and partner‑led growth
Ability to influence senior stakeholders within large, complex organizations
Experience leading high‑performing teams and scaling partner ecosystems
Strong analytical capability with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making
Excellent communication, presentation, and executive relationship skills
High integrity, collaborative mindset, and alignment with Veeam's leadership principles
