Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation defense cases from inception to resolution
Appear at hearings, depositions, and mediations
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar license
Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload remotely
Preferred
2+ years of workers' compensation defense experience preferred
