Responsibilities
Work closely with PMs, UX designers and partner teams to design and develop features from concept to release and live operations
Quality and result driven in project execution
Build metrics and monitor impact of features
Be open and willing to learn new technology and to take challenges
Help team to forge a sound engineering culture with growth mindset
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to JavaScript, and TypeScript OR equivalent experience
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to JavaScript, and TypeScript
OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to JavaScript, and TypeScript
Solid CS fundamentals, solid inclination for architecting at scale
Excellent technical design, problem solving and debugging skills
Proficient in data driven decision making, ability to build metrics to analyze business impact
Hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development and testing tools
Ability to analyze data and build metrics that measure business impact
Passion for UX and creating high quality user experiences
Solid collaborator and effective team communicator
Experience using AI-powered development tools to improve code quality, speed up implementation, and streamline end-to-end engineering workflows
