Experience in Commercial Overhead Door Installation and Service/Repair
Knowledge of Dock Equipment Installation
Ability to work with Epoxy Flooring and Interior Concrete Floor Repairs
Familiarity with Glass & Aluminum Storefront installation
Skills in Property Maintenance such as Asphalt, Electrical, Security Gates & Fencing
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
