Responsibilities
Answering inbound phone calls and making warm lead outbound calls to effectively sell health insurance plans and products to customers on a national level
Assist with guiding consumers through the health plan selection and application process
Quickly learn insurance product offerings and serve as a subject matter expert for health insurance plans communicating effectively over the phone
Provide an excellent consumer experience for consumers you are interacting with daily
Serve as a brand ambassador for the firm
Ability to work and excel in a competitive, and performance-driven environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency with the ability to use multiple screens
Must be able to successfully complete all licensing and legal background requirements
Drive and desire to learn and grow into a position with UNCAPPED earning potential
