Responsibilities
Pack and ship 500+ cards (and growing) a day alongside the broader operations team
Sort, organize, and scan graded Pokémon cards, ensuring inventory is kept accurate and up-to-date
Upload cards into digital inventory using custom-built internal tools
Maintain a secure and well-organized work environment
Contribute ideas and improvements that can help the team scale for the future
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in an operations, processing, administrative, or other high-performance environment
Availability to work on at least 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and commit to a set weekly schedule (part-time or full-time)
Strong attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and speed even in stressful situations
Scrappy, resourceful, and a strong work ethic - you're willing to do whatever it takes and take pride in your work
