Required

Strong educational background in information technology, computer science or technical product management
5+ years of experience in AI/ML
Experience as a Senior Director or Vice President driving enterprise-scale AI initiatives in healthcare or a highly regulated environment
Expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI and modern AI/ML stacks—including LLMs, cloud platforms, MLOps, and data architecture
Solid understanding of regulations, security, and ethical AI practices
Proven experience driving adoption of AI Agents, Automation and chatbots
Strategic, hands-on leader with a proven ability to scale AI solutions to production with a lean team
Ability to communicate complex concepts
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and internal/external partners
Ability to lead organizational change with diplomacy, sound judgment and high integrity
Effective communication with C-suite executives
