Managed cross-functional teams through Agile transformation, increasing cross-departmental collaboration and reducing lead time
Scrum masters must manage time effectively to keep the team on schedule and meet sprint goals
Scrum master with a technical background can be beneficial, as it enables them to better understand the technical challenge faced by the development team
